Eligibility:

2 Years of US consulting experience
Total 5 years of experience in the platform on which you want to market yourself.

Compensation and Benefits

A base salary of $60,000 or the prevailing wage for your position, whichever is greater, will be paid.
A bonus equivalent to difference between 90% of your billing rate minus all expenses will be paid on a quarterly basis.
90-10 sharing between the consultant and the company will be the same irrespective of whether the Company finds the project or the consultant.
